Phase 28, 2010, Emergency Food & Shelter Program (EFSP) Application
Kootenai County will receive a total of $91,443 to supplement local emergency food and shelter programs.
Local agencies chosen to receive funds must:
- be private voluntary non-profits or units of government
- have an accounting system
- practice nondiscrimination
- have demonstrated the capability to deliver emergency food and/or shelter programs
- if they are a private voluntary organization, they must have a voluntary board. Qualifying agencies are urged to apply.

Return the application via fax, mail, or email, to the United Way office by 4:30 pm, Tuesday, February 23, 2010.
