United Way of Kootenai County has been selected for a charitable donation through the GGP (General Growth Properties) Giving Spree this holiday season.

The Giving Spree is a promotional event that is being held at GGP malls across the US. The Giving Spree focuses on giving in two ways:

  • Giving to charity
  • Giving the perfect gift

Here’s how it works: Shoppers are encouraged to make a donation to selected charities on TheGivingSpree.com during the holiday season. GGP and participating retailers will reward their generosity by providing special retail offers on November 15th.

100% of the funds designated to United Way of Kootenai County to support partner agencies and the community will be made online through a secure site.
